I'm new to this series. I've never watched the movies neither. I started reading it after finishing the Twilight series and needing another series that would take me in. I really liked the first book and I was afraid that it would be a bit too childish for me but to my surprise it wasn't so bad. I will def. read the rest of the series. I have started the 2nd book already.
